Rent the Theater
Mandatory Fees
- Event Hourly Rental (Four Hour Minimum), $75 per hour
- Event Full Day Rental (8 hours), $500.00
- Rehearsal Rental (two hour minimum), $75.00 per hour
- Cleaning Fee, $75.00 (4 hrs. or less) $150.00 (4+ hrs.)
- Damage Deposit, $500.00 (fully refundable with no damage)
- Percentage of Ticket Sales, $1.00 per occupied seat or 10% of ticket price
Ticket Service
The Elks Opera House ticket service is required for all events for which tickets are sold. There will be a $1.00 service charge added to each ticket at the time of sale. Renters needing complementary tickets will pay a 50 cent service fee for each ticket. Complementary ticket limits are at the discretion of theatre management.
Optional Services
- Marquee Rental, $10.00 per day plus $40.00 set up charge
- Technical Assistance, $20.00-40.00 per hour (per technician)
- LCD Projector, $100.00 per day
- Coffee and Water Service, $50.00 per day (per 100 people)
Contract Additional Information
50% of rental and cleaning, as well as the $500.00 refundable damage deposit are due at contract signing. Events are not considered scheduled until the contract is signed. The balance and ticket sales percentage are due the first business day following the event.
